Subscription and billing
Couple access is billed through Apple. Restore Purchase is available on the subscription screen. You can view or cancel an active subscription in your Apple account settings.

Invited guests use the same app without buying the couple subscription. Use the email address linked to your invitation, or contact us if the wedding does not appear after sign-in.
Delete an account
Open Account in the app and choose Delete Account. Deleting an account does not automatically cancel an Apple subscription, so cancel it separately in Apple account settings if needed.
Printed invitations
Print orders use secure Square checkout for physical goods. For payment, address, fulfillment, or delivery help, include the print order number in the form below.
