We use connected mailbox data only to provide those features. You can disconnect a mailbox in account settings.
2.6 AI Assistance and Vendor Outreach
Sophie uses third-party artificial intelligence providers to process your prompts and the relevant wedding or event information needed to answer you, create planning materials, and perform actions you request. We do not intentionally send passwords or complete payment credentials to AI providers.
If you expressly enable Take the Lead automatic outreach, Sophie may use vendor names, websites, business domains, and publicly available business contact information to locate business email addresses and send relevant vendor inquiries. Messages are sent from the connected mailbox you select or from a Simply Classic address on your behalf.
