What Our AI Does

The AI identifies:

- Total cost projections — based on YOUR guest count, with a slider to model different scenarios
- Winner recommendation — which hotel offers the best overall value, and why
Step 4: Interactive Comparison
You get a side-by-side dashboard with:
- Cost slider (model 50 guests vs. 80 vs. 120)
- Category breakdowns (rooms, F&B, ceremony, extras)
- AI-generated plain-English summaries of each proposal
- Flags for anything unusual or concerning in the contracts

Cancellation Policies
Some hotels let you cancel with 50% refund up to 6 months out. Others lock you in from day one. The AI creates a cancellation timeline showing exactly what you'd lose at each decision point.
Comp Room Ratios
Industry standard is 1 complimentary room per 20-25 booked. The AI flags if a hotel's ratio is worse than standard and calculates the dollar impact.
